“I stayed at this hotel alone with my dog. Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel. I was able to take him with me to dinner and breakfast, he was allowed in the bar, and there was a special area for guests with dogs next to the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The view of the sea from the window was wonderful. The area is peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This hotel was very comfortable and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the water from the dining room. The breakfast is buffet style, which we prefer since one of us likes the full Scottish breakfast and the other likes to pick lighter fare.”

“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”
