“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better……

“The house was beautiful and gated. Pictures of interior were spot on. It was very clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Best nights sleep for our entire trip were in this bed. Everything we needed was there and the host was very good at communication. Our only complaint would be that the location was not ideal.”

I told them I had booked the property for a few nights, and they told me they were staying there for a few days and won't be leaving. I tried to reach out to the owner didn’t get a response .. “Came to Houston for a baseball tournament and this home was spacious and conveniently 20 minutes from The Diamonds at Daily Park. Pool heated up quickly, the outside had a nice area to sit. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood was friendly, safe, and quiet. Has a great park within a two minute walk that has swings and such. Would rent again.”
