“The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a little difficult to figure out the thermostat, but after awhile we got it to where we need to be. Only thing is having a fridge would be great. The icebox we did have……

“My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present.”

“The lady at the front desk was wonderful! Our first room was filthy with the light not working,and Someone’s old food left in there. Our second room was better, but had no soap and a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. ”
