“The room was spacious and clean, if not elegantly furnished. The family who run it were friendly also.”

“The Commodore Bed and Breakfast is a quaint historical home with unique decor, comfy seating, antique fixtures and a friendly host. The home seems to be under restoration efforts but did not impact our visit in anyway. The grounds are well kept and offer sweet photo moments. There was a well maintained pool, but we did not use due to time. With a short 10 minute walk is the attractive town square with a few eating options. Bars and boutique and antique shopping. “Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back!”

“Very nice small cabin. One bed and a small loft over the bath. Owners put in nearly every conceivable amenity from remotes for everything to outdoor spaces with grills, hot tubs, fire pit, games, seating and tables. Was a wonderful place to return to after fishing all day. ”
