“We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.”

“We enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend staying here. The property is new and is quieter than staying on Sandy Beach. The resort is still being built but has everything you need. Would maybe recommend some spices in the cabinets to cook with. Also some beach chairs or sand toys in the front closet. Will definitely come back.”

“We had terrible experience. The host never mentioned to me that the road to the property that we booked was not accessible. To get to the property we had to use a dirt road that was flooded over. As a result, our vehicle was stuck in the mud. I am 8 months pregnant and me and my 4 children and husband had to push our vehicle through the mud to get off of the dirt road. It was getting dark and I did not feel safe driving in the dark on an inaccessible road in a foreign country. We never made it……

“Off the beaten path south of Rocky Point about 25 minutes. For some people, that would be a bad thing. For us, it made it even better. Everything on site, so you're not missing out. Definitely would stay again”

“Pros: - Evette was very easy to communicate with and responded right away - The kitchen was very well stocked - The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were comfortable - The bathrooms were newer and in great working condition - The water supply throughout the house got very hot really quickly and stayed hot - The backdoor leads directly to the condo's pool and stairs down to the beach - Great view of the beach from the patio, living room and master bedroom - Having a bathroom downstairs was great so……
