“I booked this house for a short trip for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 of her friends. Being dog friendly was also a big plus as ours vacation with us! It's a short walk to the beach and far enough away from the main hub of surf city. Neighborhood is quiet and off the main road. Will definitely rent again for future trips as we frequent topsail”

“The location was really nice. The house could use alot of updates. No plug for sink. No door knob on left side door which makes it hard to close the door. Leaking on the closed in porch on back from living area.”

“House is conveniently located to both the sound and the public beach. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The back decks overlooking the sound were a favorite! We loved that we could paddle right from the back dock. We appreciated beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, kayaks and paddle boards. The sauna was great too! We would come back here!”
