“Good service ”

“We were staying at the hotel primarily so we could visit Disney, and the hotel was spot on. Easy to get to, and lots of parking spaces in a secure car park (just remember you need to pay extra for this- 15euros per night.) the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and there was even a small kitchen area with fridge. We were very pleased with it and it was a good space to relax in. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, lots of choice even when busy. Staff throughout the hotel were all very……

“超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. “Nice hotel that is a good alternative to airport hotels. On our dates, it was nearly 3 times cheaper than most hotels at CDG. It is a little bit further ~30 mn with morning rush hour, but a great option for anyone with a car. Staff was very friendly ”
