Welcome to our cozy Fall Creek Studio in beautiful Ithaca, NY! This studio is your gateway to a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing visit: a comfortable queen bed, smart TV with Wi-Fi, and amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full stove/oven and hot water kettle to satisfy your cravings. Stay comfortable year-round with a window AC and forced air heating.

Please note that this studio is part of a duplex, with three graduate students in the neighboring unit. Occasionally, you may hear them due to shared walls, but we aim to maintain a peaceful environment.

For those affiliated with Cornell University, you're just a short 5-minute drive away. Public transportation is a breeze, with a bus stop a mere 50 feet from the house. Worried about parking? Don't be - ample off-street parking is available.
