“This is my first time staying at this particular property And I was truly amazed that hotel was clean at all times I like the fact that they will call and ask if I wanted room service for that day had no issues provided me with extra tiles and the breakfast was amazing. There was a young lady named Brenda, and she really did a top-notch job. I felt as if though I was home the breakfast was good. The hospitality was good. It was awful. I will definitely be return again.”

“We stayed for one night with our pup and it was a great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy. It is on a main road but there is a parking lot behind the building that you can pay for. I think the vallet is $60 but the parking was like $52 for the night and they use the same parking lot! It is also in walking distance to China town! ”

“The location is convenient to McCormick Place, the room bed is very comfortable, and the Starbucks and Chinese hot pot store is just on the first floor, it as at home.”

“Very comfortable room, but if you're anything lower than the 4th floor, it DOES get very loud-as guests are not always the kindest or mindful. Hearing, "ooh daddy" didn't really make my stay enjoyable. The amount of slammed doors and loud conversations late at night were baffling, and guests tend to blast music and television like it's a flex. I'd go back, but I'd want to not have anyone above me.”
