“Clean/ very nice staff ”

“We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star property, it easily exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle……

Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. ”

“Absolute fantastic location. Everything is so close including the square which is about 10-15 minutes walk. Very good shop just a few doors up. When we go back I’ll be aiming to stay here again.”

“Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen.”

“Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town. I was a little disappointed in how dark the rooms were and we also had issues with our shower drain. But overall this is a five star hotel.”
