“We really enjoyed our one night stay at this property. The adjoining rooms were great and we enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. Parking available but quite tight. Great location for the city centre and restaurants etc.”

“The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come……

“We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and on Valentine’s Day, we even found chocolates left for us, which was a really nice touch. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and while we knew the hotel had steps, being on the top floor made them quite a workout. I had injured my knee before the trip, which made them even more……

“There was an issue in one of the nights a person who was not a guest was allowed into the hotel. It was approximately 3 in the morning and they were banging on our door, despite us telling them wrong room and go away the continued to bang aggressively on the door! I was frightened I had to call reception who said they could see and kept asking if they were a guest, despite me telling them I was scared. Eventually they got the person out of the hotel”

“Lovely, clean and quiet hotel. About 10 minute walk from the main square. It is as nicely decorated and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all. ”

“Reception staff Ana is super friendly , check in super quick & easy. Room are clean, spacious and got all the amenities. Location great . So far excellent condition in every way ”

“Besides the modern design of the building and the room, I did love breakfast at Hyatt, which is in two steps from Next Door Apartments… the guests are given coupons for a discount breakfast at Hyatt… there is also a little store nearby if you need any quick groceries - bread, fruit, candy, coffee, yogurt, etc.; water in the shower is hot; there is no TV in the room, so you will need your own devices to watch news or whatever you prefer; there is a tram stop nearby, so you can use public……

“Gorgeous hotel, perfectly located in the old town. Beautiful room and bathroom. Exquisite spa area with many amenities. We didn’t have food at the hotel but I’m sure it was also lovely. Helpful and friendly staff, offered advice on the local area and suggested trips we could book. Recommend a very good Polish restaurant a short walk away. Would highly recommend this hotel, a fantastic stay, would love to stay again. ”
