“My wife left the money pocket on the bed night stand.. When we came back.. The pocket disappeared, then report to the reception, they said if they found it, 100% will put on the table.. But they didn't do anything.. End up, we lost the credit card, driving license and cash... of course, my wife careless was the main reason, but hotel didn't take any action.. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.”
