“What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet.”

“This a regular place I stay when on company business to Lincoln. It's a great location for me, away from the town centre but also a nice walk into town in the evenings. All staff are great, courteous and friendly. Rooms are always comfy and well kept for my usual 4 night stay. Breakfast is always the same but plentiful, fresh and just enough to get me going in the mornings.”

“Lovely family run B&B, the veggie breakfasts are nice, the rooms are comfortable, we loved the electric fire as it was a cold few days. Great location in the centre of the village next to shops and we had some meals from the chippy just down the road. Free parking on-site. ”

“Very well located B&B for visiting both the high and lower parts of Lincoln. Useful arrival information provided beforehand. Room clean and comfortable with tv that works! We were one of the top floor rooms with great view. Bathroom good - wet room that succeeds in only getting the shower area wet and has good drainage. And warm. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Need to order night before. 3 breakfast timings but if both large communal tables are still full when you arrive you’ll be……

“Mediocre stay, property very clean and set out to a high standard. The beds were very soft and hard to sleep on not very comfortable. The heating was very high and made for an uncomfortable evening. Other than that a great stay and good value for money for a night to stay. -fyi the bread in the sandwich bags was a weird touch. ”
