“Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. Could have been a tad cleaner, but not dirty enough to warrant a refund or request to change rooms. Fire alarm went off at 2 am and took about 15 minutes to disarm, which was a bit annoying since I was racing the Boston Marathon that morning and wanted good sleep. The alarm also went off the day before but in the middle of the day. Turns out there was some kind of circuit issue that was setting it off. ”

“Very nice, but we would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. There was an empty corner where one could easily have gone. And it was inconvenient that only one side of the bed had an available outlet to plug a phone charger into. The other side has USB ports, but they were the wrong size. ”
