“Room facility is good. We experienced power failure and technician came in 15 mins, and fixed it within minute. Mentioned that socket near wall side are over sensitive!”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“We loved the themed rooms and the ease of check-in/out. The game room was really nice. I just had a few issues: we checked out early and there is no onsite employees from 9pm-9am so I could not get ice since it was located in the office/game room or check out (I ended up calling the hotel to check out from the road at 9am). Overall a nice place to stay with all of the necessities in a fun and cool themed pirate room!”
