“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”

“I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking.……

“We enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Salem! The location was amazing, and we loved the cool, modern vibe of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic and the rooftop bar was a good place to unwind after a long day of touring. If you are sensitive to noise you should ask for a room that is quiet, because there was a good bit of noise from the rooftop and the street, and we were offered a noise machine to help. ”

“This hotel is amazing! Beautifully setup inside and takes you back in time a little. Rooms are well kept and updated. Everything is clean and (this sounds so strange) it smells wonderful. They really take care of their spaces so well. The location is perfect. Right next to Salem Commons and across the street from all of the quirky shopping spaces. “A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”
