“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”

“I booked this hotel because it’s including the breakfast and swim pool, while when we asked for breakfast, hotel said no, the swim pool is too mini, can’t swim there. Web said 2 king size beds, but it’s queen size. Very disappointed. The reception didn’t say any when I checked in, he didn’t tell me the parking cost, didn’t tell the breakfast, no any words. ”

“I stayed at Ginkgo House on Harvard while attending a conference and couldn’t have been happier. The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location is super convenient—close to everything I needed.
