“The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“Great place to stay!!! Love the location, golf carts, very spacious ( there was 11 of us), pool was amazing for the kids, the 2 refrigerators came in handy, so nice having a washer and dryer, the house was amazing along with Nicole (the property manager) great help and a very special lady!!! We also loved North Captiva and look forward to the next trip! Shout out to Boats and Fun, Mango’s & the Ice Cream Shop!!! We would also recommend Island Girls Ferry shuttle service!!! “Loved the location. The house was nice. The representatives of the property management company were pretty great too. I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste. “We had 11 family members stay for an unforgettable trip. My parents, Sister and her family and my family had plenty of space. We had a hard time getting the kids out of the large and perfectly temperature pool the only thing that they liked better than the pool was a ride on the golf carts! The beach was just a few houses down and the shelling and sunsets were amazing. My mom and sister love cooking and they were pleased to find everything you could ever want in the kitchen. We had meals both……

“We were very happy with this property. Very nice to have a pool on site! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing, and we had a great view from the crows nest. A few things on the site did not match the property due to the recent storms, short on outdoor chairs and no king king table. The property was clean and organized, but we did find some of the dishes from the cupboards had to be washed before we could use them. Overall would rent here again. ”

“When you arrive on the island, you feel like you're in another world. Incredible nature: we saw turtles, numerous bird species and even manetees while kayaking.The house is inviting and only a few meters from the beach where we spent a lot of time.The facilities are good, the beds incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for questions via WhatsApp.”
