“The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“Everything was perfect”

“It was a great space for our extended family vacation! We had 12 of us and there was the perfect amount of room for all of us! We had ages 6-70’s. Just a tip, if you have older people who have difficulty with steps, this might be challenging. Also, a heads up, the convenient store in the island had some necessities, but not a lot, so make sure you get your groceries before coming over. But we did visit the store daily for delicious ice cream and coffee!! The island currently has one restaurant……

I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste. “Stayed here with my family over New Years and had a wonderful time. The island itself is still being cleaned up from the hurricane but was not a problem. And the home was renovated and complete by the time we arrived. Thank you. A few houses down from the beach was perfect location. The golf cart was fun to use to explore the island and drive to the club. ”
