“The house is large with a nice layout and comfortably housed our family of 8 adults. It is ideally located directly on a wonderful beach. The owners are responsive, replacing a broken pool heater while we were there. The island has some scars from the recent hurricanes but is recovering well. This is a great spot for a private beachfront getaway. ”

“The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“Communication with owner was top-notch. We stayed at this rental property the end 2024 and beginning of 2025, and it was the perfect fit for our family of nine. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge bonus, making it easy for the kids to have their space.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from a stunning beach. “I booked this house because of the location and fantastic price. It was adorable and exactly as expected. I couldn't get the dryer door to open but I think that may have been operator error. The property managers, Duncan and Laurie with Tortuga, went above and beyond to make my stay not just ok, but exceptional. I would have missed the ferry due to my plane delay had Duncan not reached out to give me additional options. He even called the ferry captain to make sure he new I was coming for the……

“The house and property exceeded expectations. Kitchen was well stocked and has everything you would need for preparing meals for a week. The pool was clean and warm which the kids used every day. The golf carts provided are like new and great for getting around the island. We used the grocery order service mid week and had everything the next day, very convenient. I would highly recommend staying at this location, you wont be disappointed. ”

“It was a great space for our extended family vacation! We had 12 of us and there was the perfect amount of room for all of us! We had ages 6-70’s. Just a tip, if you have older people who have difficulty with steps, this might be challenging. Also, a heads up, the convenient store in the island had some necessities, but not a lot, so make sure you get your groceries before coming over. But we did visit the store daily for delicious ice cream and coffee!! The island currently has one restaurant……
