“Communication with owner was top-notch. We stayed at this rental property the end 2024 and beginning of 2025, and it was the perfect fit for our family of nine. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge bonus, making it easy for the kids to have their space.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from a stunning beach. We loved starting our mornings with beach strolls and ending the day……

“Chose this for a family retreat to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Laurie and her concierge team were especially helpful in navigating transportation, supplies and coordination issues on a semi remote island. Property was perfect for 3 families w/kids. The beach is beautiful and the weather was outstanding during our stay. The boys were very excited about the opportunity to surf fish. One family even did a day’s fishing charter. Even the single day that it rained……

“The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“My husband and I were looking for a special place to spend our 35th anniversary and this home did not disappoint! Incredible from start to finish. Yanet with the property management company was amazing to work with, and Joe the homeowner was communicative from the moment we booked our stay. Wake up in the morning, open the bedroom blinds, and look out over the ocean. Make your coffee, sit on one of the 3 levels of deck, and relax while you plan your day. Walk on the beach, take a golf cart……

“Great place to stay!!! Love the location, golf carts, very spacious ( there was 11 of us), pool was amazing for the kids, the 2 refrigerators came in handy, so nice having a washer and dryer, the house was amazing along with Nicole (the property manager) great help and a very special lady!!! We also loved North Captiva and look forward to the next trip! Shout out to Boats and Fun, Mango’s & the Ice Cream Shop!!! We would also recommend Island Girls Ferry shuttle service!!! I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste.
