“Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. Could have given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but didnt. There was free wine in the room but thats customary and not an extra. They do not tell you they charge for the wine opener and it was hard to tell what was free and what wasnt. Did I get charged for the slippers or the wine cork, etc.? The valet was pushy for tips ”

“Honestly, one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at a long time the staff the service, the aesthetics decoration all just awesome Unfortunately, we are there just for a show at the Kessler, which is conveniently very close but we got to the hotel at 6:30 went straight to the venue sleep and left the next morning at seven hence why I say unfortunate because we didn’t get the full experience of the hotel Definitely be coming back to the Kessler and other music events in the area and will definitely……

“The hotel offered a convenient location for our stay, and the staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and professionalism, particularly the valet and room service teams. The valets were not only friendly but also provided helpful local recommendations. Room service was consistently prompt, discreet, and accommodating. While dining options were excellent in quality, the selection was somewhat limited. The property itself, however, appears to be in need of renovation. In our room, we observed……

“Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.”
