“I recently stayed in one of the Marriott hotels in Pensacola. My experience at the Hilton was MUCH BETTER. My daughter and I were there with our puppy who was to have major surgery. The staff was helpful, positive, and able to answer questions (e.g., restaurants nearby, stores, etc.). The lady in the restaurant, helped by creating a dinner plate for our puppy. Everyone was very positice and made a difficult trip easier. They also worked as a team, which doesn't seem to happen often. Thank-you to……
