“We were placed in the wrong mobility accessible room we needed a shower woth seat and adjustable shower head but was promptly correctly. They also gave us a basket of snacks when they found out it was our anniversary. ”
“Location is so convenient for downtown access. We could walk everywhere we went. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was “grab and go” but could use some upgrades. Half and half for the coffee would be welcome. Fresh pastries rather than the packaged options would be a huge improvement. ”
“The staff was very helpful and friendly. Shops and resteraunts are in walking distance. This little hotel is 5 fast minutes over the bridge from Pensacola beach. I didnt use the pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. I would stay here again”
