“We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. “This is a wonderful hotel, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to the beach which is beautiful. It has a lot and I mean a lot of eating options. Also it has many markets for anything you need. The hotel itself is great! The breakfast and dinner buffet are also good. The grounds were super clean and the staff was super friendly and helped with anything needed. The room was perfect and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back as well. ”

“Fantastiskt sköna sängar. I övrigt var rummet något slitet men helt ok. Frukosten var bra med bacon och äggröra, bröd, frallor, olika pålägg, müsli och fil. Kaffe ur kaffemaskin (dock sådär gott enligt två bryggkaffe-älskare).

“Just returned from a lovely few days at this hotel. I chose the all inclusive option for me and my daughter and my family met us there. The buffet food was delicious and fresh if a little repetitive. “Hotel was beautiful, keith greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with anything, nothing was too much. Unfortunately the night porter was the complete opposite, think he was called adrian. It was like we was an inconvenience, he was very abrupt with the breakfast, this was ordered when we arrived, so on our last day are flight was at 5.45am, so keith explained we can have some breakfast beforing leaving, such as tea coffee, toast, pastries etc. Which was lovely, not all hotels offer this.……
