They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.”

“The hotel was well maintained for a 13 year old property. Its location is ideal and the staff is generally good and courteous. Their Nusara restaurant was good for dinner and the service received was worth commending. It’s only during check out and waiting for my car, I was surprised that the reception staff decided to interrupt my business call for retrieving a cheap room key card. ”

There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because……
