“The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful
The service in the restaurant is avarage.
I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming.
There was NO hot water available in room 110.
I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering.
There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel.
I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi.
Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because……
