“The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! ”
