“服务人员态度好，非常贴心，24小时前台都有人在；房间很大，环境很好还很安静；交通方便，有付费停车场，旁边还有免费街趴，离机场也不远。但屋里有点潮。”

“I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the……

“The cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The cottage was beautifully decorated with many fresh bouquets of plants and flowers. The garden was enchanting. Gale the Host was thoughtful and kind. She greeted us with homemade applebanana bread, a bowl of fresh homegrown papaya, lemon applebanana, and lime. Gale gave us a tour of the entire property and gracious throughout our stay.”

“Living here is very surprising, with two rooms and three bathrooms, the most comfortable place to live in Hawaii. The children said they must stay a few more days next time!”
