“Great stay, this is our 2nd time staying in this hotel for the past two weeks. The staff crew are very welcoming and friendly, def made our trip in Oakland during our homeymoon! Will def stay here for oakland, looking forward to stay in that room again!”

“Due to our train delay of 8 hours, we checked in at 12:30 am. The room washbasin is dirty and the toilet is not clean, there are paper towels in the toilet. So I went to the front desk and was required to change to another room. I need to package again and move to the third floor. The room is too small and doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It’s not worth $100 at all. But the location is good, near to Jack London Square Amtrak station.”

“服务很差，办公室没人。住房环境很不好，门缝很大。卫生就很有特色，收拾好房间后，新的浴巾居然有一个脚印。房间暖气又吵又不暖。”
