“We loved our stay at Kehena house! We were greeted by Stephen when we arrived and given a quick tour. They were hosting a Pride potluck that day and he kindly invited us to come eat and join in as guests of the house. Everyone we met was friendly and we felt safe to be ourselves. In the room, there was a list of unique weekly activities and opportunities near by, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. The property is *amazing*. “A luxurious camping experience with running hot water, electricity, and use of a washer/dryer. Not many places to eat around and the closest "grocery store" is very expensive (12 for a gallon of milk). Make sure you plan ahead and bring mosquito repellent!! ”

“Cool experience. The best part was just taking in all of the lava formations. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was quite nice. Couch was a little uncomfortable, but no biggie. Thankful we had the opportunity to stay here and have such an interesting experience. The stars were amazing. We actually saw the end of the rainbow while staying here and also a moon bow while staying here. We walked the lava to the cliff. That was awesome. ”
