“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Property is excellent even though it it's quite a distance from the main attractions...the staff are friendly and courteous..one suggestion would be to provide the shuttle service free for hotel guests...”

“位置雲頂山腳但還是一樣冷登記處有點難找停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡因不夠靈活房間不錯乾淨有碗筷可以簡單煮食但不提供桌布擦桌子有點費解難道吃完不用搞乾淨？窗口沒風景只有大廈 ”
