“not clean ”

“We booked a twin room with windows, but that ended up being a windowless room with a king size bed. We are pretty sure that it did not say the room has no windows on your website when we booked it. It is a real scam. We are upset with the dishonesty Hotels.com handles customers’ booking. And because of this unfortunate incident we will never use Hotels.con again.”

“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Below are the issues that I have experience during my stay from 15th to 17th December 2018. Please note that I had to leave the hotel on 17th instead of 19th due to the extra ordinary pool quality even through I paid for the hotel until the 19th. 1.
