“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“The room smelled as if it had been cleaned and ready for us. The air-conditioner vent looked as if it needed cleaned, very dusty. ”

“We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. It didn’t work as well as we hoped but it was a little better by the time we got back to the room after dinner. No real issues or problems, my friends are used to staying in……
