“Breakfast is better than other hotels I’ve been to, staff are friendly and accommodating. I love the entire facility because it’s so quiet, nice and clean. ”

“We only stayed one night, but the location was convenient. Tara at the reception desk was cheerful, friendly and efficient; the room was clean, although the carpet could do with a cleaning. The bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The beds were a little soft for us, but were otherwise comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also tasty and adequate for our needs. Overall a good impression of this hotel.”

“The staff was great. They greeted us and gave us treats for our little puppy and even took a picture of her to post on their furry friends billboard. The hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. We will be staying again next time we are in the area. ”

“I thought the property was very clean and well kept.hotel room was spacious with a very comfortable king bed and the jetted tub was just what we needed. Pool area was stocked with towels and had washroom/change facilities right in the area. Fitness centre had a variety of newer nautilus equipment and looked like someone would be happy to use. Onsite restaurant but did not have enough time to try.”

“Stairwells had garbage in it for 2 days and in one of my rooms it was visible that there was previous damage on the ceiling, was patched and yellow ”

“Greated by the owner. Very friendly and gracious host. Given an option of room style. Parking lot spotless, parking in front of room. Opened the door to room, and WOW! Never seen or stayed in such a spotless room. Bed linens, bathroom, dressing area, windows, blinds, everything amazingly clean and neat. Would give a plus plus rating and recommend to all going to the Port Hope area. Lovely downtown with multiple choices of restaurants. Don't snooze anywhere else and miss out on this one!”
