“The hotel is just as pictured - gorgeous views from everywhere on the property. The staff were lovely - friendly, always wanting to help, etc. The room was very comfortable and close to everything. As we were both somewhat unwell when we arrived, we would have liked a few more basic options on the dinner menu as our appetites were not there and it was difficult to find simple food that we felt we could handle. Otherwise a perfect stay!”

“This resort was the most Magical and Peaceful place I've ever stayed. The staff deserves a raise because of how attentive and nice they were. The breakfast was so delicious and there was endless options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave the property. The only suggestion I would have is to offer dessert on their menu. But I would recommend Tombo House to anyway who wants to enjoy nature and wants to get away from the boring ambience of chain hotels.”

“I feel I was misled by the photos. We were in a different building than what I thought from the main photos. The building is in need of repairs. We experienced, wifi outage - including a message when we tried to connect that the account was suspended for non payment. We were without water for an afternoon, the ac in the bedroom was not working. I have photos I can share showing the poor condition, including one of windows with boards over them presumably because the glass was broken. Paying over……

“This was a very nice place to stay. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and close to the beach. The only negative thing was that we sometimes had warm water and sometimes not. But overall, very satisfied and we are coming back.”

“Great place to stay. I liked the food and the staff, very friendly. However, the local vendors can be a little aggressive and intimidating. They had events nightly on the resort so really no need to leave resort. Ran into some minor issue with Wi-Fi and room selections. Overall I would definitely return, minus the bees and flies. ”
