“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”

“We called the front desk for daily water and toilet paper supply starting from the morning. After the fifth times call and compliant, it finally brought us by the front desk instead of room service. And only one bottle of water and one toilet paper was delivered around 18:00pm.”

“The hotel is nice, and location is good. Couple issues happened: after checking in I went to the room, and soon another persona opened the door with his key card, he was actually given same room. Obviously he got another room, and all was ok. The key card did not work two times during my stay, it is little annoying to return from fourth floor back to the reception, but that happens. Otherwise good hotel experience.”

Но паренек не унимался "Оплачено, да?". Предположив, что паренек не умеет читать, я ответил "Да, оплачено". Но это бы не конец: сотрудник гостиницы вдруг шепотом и с бегающими глазками забормотал: "Знаете, у нас в номере стоит мни-бар, он не входит в стоимость. Вам надо оставить депозит, хотя бы 5 тысяч тенге". Я……

“The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. ”

“For the most part, the hotel was fine. It definitely needs an update. The 4th floor where I was on, was pitch black with no window opening. There was a window, but nothing to look out on, but a brick wall. When i turned the faucet on the first day, It splurged brown mud water. But after awhile of letting it run, it cleared off. I'm thinking the room was not in use for awhile. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. But the staff is friendly and it was convenient and afordable. I would……
