“First of all, they had the AC on BEFORE we got there, it felt so good when we opened the door! Second, we really liked the option that we could cook some meals inside the unit with everything they provided. Get fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender (!), portable double burner, pots & frying pans, cooking & eating utensils, bowls, plate, mugs, glasses.... “This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff at the counter made us feel at home. This is a very natural hotel. We just don't need a TV. Although there is no air-conditioning, it is very comfortable and there is always a natural wind blowing in. really great The reception staff are beautiful and kind. Thanks to the reception staff for allowing us to live in a room facing the sea. It was a great experience. I will still want to live here next time I come to HILO. I……

“Naniloa is always our go to when visiting for drag racing events. We live in Kona and often travel to Hilo as my daughter is a drag racer! Super friendly staff and always a great stay!”

“The staff on check in and check out are very friendly and made it a breeze. The lobby area is very nice and several guests and families chose of it to be their nightly hangout area playing cards and board games. The rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. There is on site free parking behind the hotel that makes if convenient and easy to get to your vehicle. They have free rentals on bikes and paddle boards for easy access to the bay and surrounding areas. This was a nice remodeled motel that……
