“The Cottage is in a very good location, off main road, but can walk to restaurants.It is Very Clean, updated in all rooms.Kitchen had everything we needed.Check in and check out was very easy.Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend The Cortage, and we will plan to stay there in the future.I would hifh”

“The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use. “It was great to get some warm up runs in cross country skiing right out the front door, grab the included ski passes to Scotts Cobble right across the street for some nice laps on groomed trails. Definitely recommend this quiet getaway just a few minutes from downtown Placid.”

“We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. ”
