“Room was small but adequate. Cleanliness was impeccable. Bed linens were nice but a king bed should have four pillows of the same density. The shower control knob was missing and there was no control to change between overhead and handheld heads. A huge surprise was a charge for parking in the hotel parking lot. I was there less than 12 hours and at the minimum, you are required to pay for 24 hours. Worst of all, this charge was not advertised. We’re told if you don’t pay, you will be ticketed.……

“Room was nice overall and the decor was a bit retro, there was a really nice Bluetooth radio in the room, but the fridge was under the sink in a weird spot almost like it was an after thought. No microwave in the room, you had to go to the room where they kept the ice machine to use the microwave. The shower was not clean.”

“Great location, minutes walk distance to Duke. Luxury hotel, excellent restaurant, warm service and easy parking. We’ll come back and strong recommend to others.”

“Very nice hotel. We booked a Queen Suite room and it was very spacious. All the amenities are top rate, I was really shocked at how nice it was to be honest. I brought my daughter to visit Duke, UNC, and Wake Forest, and it was a great home base for that. ”
