“When we travel, we always try to find an autograph because they’re a step above your regular hotel. Attention to details is very important. They treated our dog as if she was a princess when we arrived at the hotel at the front desk Katie handed us a bag for Margaux it had in it a water bowl. It had some dog biscuits, bottles of water and a doggy menu for her to choose a meal off of room service. The room was exceptional. We had two double queen beds and it was quiet it was clean. The bathroom……

“Front desk was very nice. Actually most of the staff the staff I encountered was great. However, on several occasions the staff was out in front/side of the main entrance smoking which made it unavoidable to exit or enter the hotel without encountering smoke. I’m asthmatic snd smoke triggers an attack. If they could take the smoking to the back of the property, or an area that is nowhere near the main entrance, this would be ideal. Aside from that, they get 5 stars. ”
