“Hotel, is clean, rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable decor, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Amenities include a fitness center, hot tub that must be reserved, there’s also a restaurant with view of the Willamette river. I truly appreciate the convenience of the property having guest laundry that, which is a nice privilege. I hope it continues, however, some guests abuse the situation, by not “at the very least” removing the dryer filter lint, even better completely cleaning the……

“Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, bed was mostly Comfortable... Only issue was the squeaky floors. We received two noise complaints, one in the evening and one the next morning... Just because we were walking across our floor and the people below us didn't like that. Not totally the hotel's fault.. Maybe have a No Karens policy... Also, the pool is down for maintenance so if you're looking for one.. Be sure to ask first. ”

“The room is kinda old. In addition, the crew reminded that smoking in the room is NOT allowed. However, I smelled the strong smoke when getting in the room. Obviously, someone had smoked in the room. ”
