“First time vacationing with an 8 person party and was concerned but the spacious area and the kind of separation of the master bedroom and its own bathroom made it great together and in private. Great kitchen and dining area as well. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much to the property owner for offering such a quality place for short term stay.”

“We have stayed at the Rio Guadalupe condos many times and have never had a bad experience. The units are always clean and furnished well. The location cannot be beat. This particular unit does not have a grill. I think more information needs to be given before booking since there is no community grill on site to use and portable grills are not allowed to be brought in. We made it work with an electric griddle but my husband was not too happy. The lock on the master bath does work but not able to……

“We enjoyed the quiet area. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with many extra personal touches- selections of coffee, all the cooking items needed and bath products. Enjoyed our morning coffee feeding the local deer with the food provided by owners. We will definitely return! ”

“This condo was perfect! Nicely decorated with comfortable beds (aside from the top bunk on the bunk bed). Perfect for a family or just a couple getaway. Not too far from attractions. I would recommend grabbing a burger at Wraptitude and pizza at Bootlegger’s Pizza; both have outdoor seating with a small playground. ”
