At one point, we couldn’t figure out the A/C remote (total user error on our part!), and the host immediately messaged us with clear instructions that fixed it right away. The spa was private and perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. No complaints at all—we’d happily stay here again!”
