“We came to Canyon Lake for a wedding and this property was perfectly located to a lot of hot spots. It’s a cute spot. My only mild complaints were they could stand to replace the mattress (it’s very noisy and uncomfortable) and the shower pressure is extremely low. It made washing your hair quite difficult. ”

“Wonderful setting! Sweet little cottage just the right size for the two of us. Close to what we were there for and close to SA!! Very comfortable and relaxing. Loved sitting out on the patio early morning listening to the birds. Will definitely stay here again! Met the owner and very engaging and nice! Loved that she took the time to visit. ”

“Loved staying at the Blue Bird Cottage! Very cute and comfy, full kitchen, couch makes into a bed and a fun covered deck with hot tub. Clean and well organized! ”

“There was a couple things that could have been better. The 2nd floor was mostly humid at night, my toddler sweat so much those 2 nights. Pots and pans were worn out and scratched, if i had know i would have brought our own kitchen utensils. The beds were quite uncomfortable our backs were hurting. At the end we were to come home.”

“Nice clean older house with charm. Great quiet peaceful location near Blanco River and State Park. The tree house and watching deer were nice perks. Fire pit would have been nice if the county didn’t have the burn ban on. Owner’s would have been available if needed. The location was within an hour drive to many activities. Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Cavern, Lukenbach, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Antiquing and Wineries to name a few. ”
