“This town home is a nice quiet place to stay. Located within 15 minutes from food places, or just a couple minutes drive from the beach, and right on the golf course. The deer come out every night and are calming to watch and just relax outside.”

“I recently stayed at this rental property, attracted by its beautiful location and promise of tranquility. However, my experience was mixed, to say the least. On the positive side, the check-in process was super easy, and the area was indeed serene. However, there were several significant drawbacks that tainted my stay. Firstly, I was surprised to find that access was restricted to only one room. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere in the listing that it was a 3 bedroom and it……

“We live in the area, however, needed additional space (bedrooms and bathrooms) for the family members coming from out of state. Worked out perfectly! Our host was easy to contact and responded immediately. Very helpful in our situation. He was friendly, understanding and respectful to our guests. All-in-all, this property was exactly what we needed.”

“Everything about the property was great during our stay. My daughter loved the pool during this Texas summer heat and it was only a short walk from our condo. The check in/out process went super easy. My vrbo app wasn’t working the day of check out and I texted the property host and they responded very quickly back with checkout info. We would definitely stay here again! ”
