“Very nice home. Conveniently located near UTSA where we were dropping our son off at college. The running trails right next to the house were awesome. Clean, comfortable, and appropriately priced.”

“The dates we stayed were 9/1-9/4/25. Beautiful space to relax and chill. The home was beautiful and the backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the pool and the use of the floaties. Never got the spa jets to come on so we didn’t end up using that. We didn’t use the lake but enjoyed the sunsets. Someone else had checked out the morning we arrived and the cleaning left much to be desired. The cleaning people did what looked like a fast job and missed SEVERAL things, which I brought to the Property……

“This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. The house is even better equipped, charming than described and everything was so well decorated and laid out. The check-in and out experiences were super easy and clear, we locked outselves out accidentally and they responded and opened it in record time! The kitchen is really well stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need (although we didn't do a lot of cooking!) 10/10!”

“We were in Comfort for our granddaughter's wedding at the Haven River Inn. We just just minutes away from the Inn and enjoyed being able to participate in all the events of the weekend. The VRBO at the Biermann Ranch was beautiful and perfect for our family.”

“Way better than I expected. Pictures doesn't do it justice. Bigger than I thought. Clean. Great neighborhood. Personalized welcome board was waiting for us. Owner is phone call away if needed and reponsive. Very classy. Had code to get in (check in), no intrusive owner in anyway like some places. Everything about this stay, can't say enough. Peaceful, dogs loved the yard. I'd 100% rent again.”

“We had a great experience, the house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, the pool was beautiful and clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The bedding on the beds left a little something to be desired.. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket. ”

“Really nice home. Very nicer laid out. View from covered deck was beautiful. Even though there are neighbors it felt secluded and private. The only downside was the call telling me I would be charged a late check out fee when we had vacated the premisis by 9:30 if not sooner. We all traveled in one vehicle so I know we were all gone. Otherwise I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“Clean property. Nice views of the Hill country from the patio. Host provided some basic toiletries that is very much appreciated.WiFi Internet was good. Everything was in working order.Patio has some good furniture to be comfortable but slightly old and worn out cushions.”
