“Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everyone loved the arcade room. We vacation in Canyon Lake multiple times a year so we have a lot of experience with rentals in the area. This home was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The outside space is nice to relax with coffee in the morning or to enjoy the lights and ambiance at night with the Hill Country breeze. We also enjoyed feeding the deer. The host is very kind and really understands hospitality. ”

“Lonesome Dove had everything we needed to hang out, visit and enjoy a family vacation. We brought pool volleyball and spent time playing in the pool. We floated several rivers and all were within 30 minutes of the house. So many beautiful sitting areas to enjoy. We sat on both porches and enjoyed the rain when it came and spent time sitting on the patio around the Koi pond. Lovely stay.”

“Wonderful quiet and peaceful property. Had everything you could need on site for cooking, swimming, pets. Checking in and out was a breeze. If you wanted to venture out property was centrally located about a 30-40min drive to different towns and attractions. Will definitely be back.”

“We all had a great time! We had one issue with ac in the game room. We called they had someone out to us promptly and got it taken care of for us! We hey had everything we needed as far as toiletries, dishes pots n pans, shampoo conditioner body wash dish washing liquid detergent, trash bags. that was all a plus! They did had cornhole boards which wasn’t listed which also was a plus for our crew! This place doesn’t expect u to clean up before u leave at all.. just pack your bags and enjoy your……

“Our family with 3 adult children greatly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The view of the lake from the balcony is splendid. The living room was great for watching movies and playing games. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location is about 25 minutes from Schlitterbahn and tubing on the Comal River but the drive is pretty through the hill country. The kitchen had what we needed as far as pots, pans, utensil but there were no oven mitts nor kitchen towels.”
