“Very nice accommodation, lovely room, dog friendly, everything we needed, Quiet off the main mumbles road, close to the village and across the road from the promenade. ”

“Convenient for train, bus and taxis. The staff were efficient, and helpful. The hotel was clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but there was no resteraunt. Music provided for a function on the ground floor could be heard in the bedroom. ”

“Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.”

“Wonderful Experience in Morgans. Got free upgraded to a larger room. The staff are all sincere and helpful. But the location is a bit remote from the train station if you are travelling with large luggage.”

“A very standard hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The location is very good. It is adjacant to the beautiful beach and not too far from the city centre. However the room may need some renovation as the style and furiture shows it days. The hotel staff provided good service during our stay.”

“This is a lovely hotel in a rural setting but relatively close (around 10min) to the M4. Driving up the narrow lane to the hotel set the mood for me, quiet and tranquil. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and accomodating. This was a business trip and we hosted a business dinner at the restaurant. The service was very good as was the food. Again the entire approach was very relaxed which allowed for a great evening. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even though……

“We were greeted by a charming guy called Alex. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did his very best to give us a room with a sea view, even though we’d not originally requested one. Rooms are comfortable, bed was comfy and we slept well. The hotel is near all amenities and wonderful walks around Mumbles and the pier. We’ll definitely stay here again. ”

“My first time here, friendly staff however the place could do with a complete update, the restaurant area in particular was quite dates, sticky tables, worn out chairs and dull decor, the gym and pool areas were pleasant as was my room.”
