“Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. Didnt expect to much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. ”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. “We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. “Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay.
