“We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. When we tried to pay during the day, no staff were present at reception. We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment. “It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other……

The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller.
