“Everything was great other than a couple of things. Ceiling fan made periodic noise in master bedroom. While trying to keep the first floor warm the second floor got too warm. Dual zones would help. My sister and brother in law said the bed they slept in sagged in the middle. Everything else was excellent.”

“We had such a wonderful time at this property. It made us realize we would love to have something similar one day! We are very grateful for the experience of quiet evenings and beautiful warm mornings in pastoral serenity. The location was perfect, just outside of town and close to Enchanted Rock for a day adventure. The decor was so unique and endearing. The hosts were wonderful and kind. I would highly recommend a stay, and we hope to visit again soon! ”

“My family (6 of us) traveled to Boerne for my niece’s wedding. This property was wonderful - I woke up, made my coffee and then sat out in the deck - over looking the beautiful hills as I read my Bible. A curious cat and a friendly dog came up to hang out as well. The fire pit area is so neat - at the top of the hill. There are animals on the property, which excited my kids to see. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I highly recommend this property.. ”

“The home is older, if you’re into modern and luxury this is not the place for you.We were in town for the rally, the location was perfect! The house had everything we needed. The pool was a plus! The yard is large with plenty of parking.It rained the day we arrived so it was a little muddy, but died quickly as the sun came out.Overall it’s a decent place.”

“We were thrilled with our stay at the Farmhouse (located behind Das Peach Haus). It is an oasis with real farmhouse sounds on or adjacent to the property. Chickens (and roosters) in a coop and wildlife (blue heron, muskrats, frogs) near the pond every day. Even Percy the Peacock visited us regularly on the back porch! Vintage farmhouse layout, but each bedroom had its own bathroom. Less than 2 mile walk to Main St (but driving is advised), yet you feel you are in the country. We'll stay……
