“The property was great and we loved everything about it. The outside space was the perfect spot for quiet coffee in the morning and the group hanging out in the afternoon and evening. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 11. And I’d book again just for the animals!! The host was very responsive for one issue we had.”

“This Memorial Weekend was so much fun with celebrating my birthday, drinking wine, and having fun with friends! We all were so shocked pulling up to this location due to the fact it’s breathtaking! The view was so beautiful and it was so peaceful in the morning time we all enjoyed our stay so much! I ask a lot of questions and Jan was very nice with answering every concern I had. “The property was clean, beautiful, and nestled on well-maintained land in the perfect location—secluded enough for privacy, yet just a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. It was also ideally situated near many of the area’s top wineries. Inside, the home had a cozy, rustic charm that made evenings relaxing and fun, with plenty of games and activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this charming property to anyone visiting the area.”

“My family (6 of us) traveled to Boerne for my niece’s wedding. This property was wonderful - I woke up, made my coffee and then sat out in the deck - over looking the beautiful hills as I read my Bible. A curious cat and a friendly dog came up to hang out as well. The fire pit area is so neat - at the top of the hill. There are animals on the property, which excited my kids to see. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I highly recommend this property.. ”
