“This condo was very nice. Well decorated and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was perfect. 5 min walk to North Clearwater Beach and about 10 min to all the restaurants. Lina was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this condo and would stay again the next time we are in Clearwater.”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“The staff were very personable, courteous and helpful. The building was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The location to the beach is excellent. The only real issue we had was that the building is very noisy. It’s easy to hear people talking in the neighboring rooms and in the hall. It made it difficult for us to sleep at times. Everything else in the stay was great.”
